Terms & Conditions

The promotion is valid from January 2, 2025, until all gifts are distributed.
Gifts are limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
All photos, and product specifications are for reference only and the details of the actual product shall prevail.
Gifts will be sent to the provided mailing address within 7 to 10 business days after the donation is received.
The gift can only be sent to a valid Hong Kong address via Hong Kong Post (local standard mail), and failure to provide a valid address will result in the gift being voided.
Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
SPCA (HK) is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage of the gift during delivery, and replacements will not be issued.
Under no circumstances will donations be refunded.
Donations of HK$388 or above are eligible to receive the gift.
SPCA (HK) reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes related to the promotion.
SPCA (HK) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Going environmental friendly has always been an important part of the mission and responsibility of the SPCA. E-receipts are now issued in place of paper receipts. You will receive a confirmation email with an e-receipt 5 minutes after you completed your online donation. Please check your mailbox.
